@Grizzly Thank you. Yes you can eat it but I think it's only beneficial if you eat around 2 - 3 Table spoons a day. I don't think I could go for that as it would be like chomping on Lard. I've heard of people spreading it on toast and using it as a cooking oil, I did try it once for popcorn and it was ok but I stopped making popcorn as I kept burning the pan. (I never could get it right with popcorn)  Confused

As for Tiger Balm I'll have to ask Caroline what she thinks.  Smile But I don't think it would help to be honest as my psoriatic arthritis is all over the place and it's designed for muscle pain, plus I think it's far to expensive for what it is so I'll give it a miss.

@Caroline Do you have any Tiger Balm.  Smile
Yes mine is much worse on the damp cold days. It had been a nice mild winter until this last couple of weeks and now it's all damp and I hate it. End of this month and we will be in Spring then we can dance naked around the trees again.  87

Yessss, dancing !!! Clap

No I don't have Tiger Balm. Smile
It think it is useless.
They say that it is good for your muscles, but that is not logical. The effect is that the veins in your skin go open and more blood is passing through. Don't think that is good for psoriasis.
But I am sure it is much too superficial to ever reach the muscles below, for what they say it is meant for.
Formerly it was often used by long distance runners to warm up their muscles for a run, until somebody came to his senses and realised that you reach the opposite effect, a cooling of your body losing energy on the outside, which you desperately need for running. In my running time nobody used it anymore.
