Just taken Stelara shot 90mg.

Psoriasis score has gone up a little mostly due to front of legs, behind ears and arm pits from 2 to 4.

Psoriatic arthritis still around the same at 24 even though the weather is a bit better.

Just wait and see now.

Hi Fred, I still don't get good results with the Stelara for the PsA but I get good results for the P . I have a couple of patches that are stubborn and in and around the ears all of which I can't get any better.

I wouldn't say I get brilliant results for psoriatic arthritis but it has kept it under control. Most of my problems have been when it's damp, so it should get me back on the road for another three months.

You are not far from the sea if I am not mistaken Fred like me and we have had some really cold damp winds straight off the sea this year which has not helped the PsA at all. Sea fret has been quite common which wets everything and with the low temperature has been bone chilling even at this time of the year all of which does not make the PsA any better. Where is the summer , I am still relying on the Tramadol to keep me mobile though I am not as bad as you by a long way I am finding that it is working reasonably. I know most people knock MTX but it did keep the PsA under control better than the Stelara mind you after all the problems that I had over the 9 years I would not go back to having all the side effects.
