Sorry but the strawberries have almost finished for now. There will be more later but for now on the fruit side it's Mirabelle's only.

No I didn't know they were banned in th USA. In France we only ban stuff or people we don't like.  Big Grin

Yes you can eat them from the tree I have been eating a handful a day. I'm suprised you Brits had not heard of them I'm sure we had them as kids in the UK but can't remember what they were called.

Nope they are not like Greengaeges. Similar but just not the same sorry. They are smaller than a greengage and although sweet they have a different flavour.
