How is the treatment going? I just started my first two doses tonight and the injections really, really stung. The instructions indicate to leave them out at least 30 minutes, which I did. Compared to all the others that I have tried, and I have tried probably most of them, this was the worst from an injection standpoint.

The only thing that has ever worked on me was Raptiva, and that was pulled years ago. Nothing else has worked. I just stopped taking Otezla after 6 months and no improvement.

Do the shots get any more bearable or is it going to be like this each time? I hope things continue to improve for you.

Hi Daniel. I don't have an answer as I've not been on biologics but I hope this treatment works for you and that the injections get easier.
